GetNow acts solely as a directory and connection platform.
Platform – the GetNow mobile application and related services.
Customer – any person searching for or contacting a service provider through the platform.
Service Provider – an individual or business offering services listed on the platform.
GetNow operates strictly as a marketplace connecting customers with independent service providers.
GetNow does not perform services, employ providers, supervise work, or guarantee the outcome of services.
All service agreements occur directly between customers and providers.
Service providers are independent businesses or individuals and are solely responsible for their services.
Providers are responsible for licensing, insurance, qualifications, tax obligations, and compliance with applicable laws.
GetNow does not endorse, recommend, guarantee, or warrant any Service Provider and does not verify all identities, qualifications, licenses, insurance, references, background history, or suitability of providers unless expressly stated otherwise.
Customers are responsible for independently evaluating service providers and confirming qualifications or licensing where required.
Any agreement for services including price, timing, scope of work, cancellation, and service quality is made solely between the Customer and the Service Provider.
GetNow is not a party to these agreements and does not resolve disputes between users.
GetNow does not conduct background checks on all service providers and cannot guarantee the conduct or behaviour of any individual listed on the platform.
Users should exercise reasonable judgment and caution when engaging with service providers.
Service Providers must pay a subscription fee to list services on the platform.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date and may be processed through mobile app store billing systems.
Customers may submit ratings regarding service providers.
Users agree not to submit false, misleading, or defamatory reviews.
Service providers agree that their contact details may be displayed publicly to customers using the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetNow shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, misconduct, negligence, or criminal activity arising from services performed by independent service providers listed on the platform.
GetNow may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
