GetNow is an online platform that connects customers with independent service providers. The platform allows service providers to create listings and allows customers to discover and contact those providers for services.
GetNow operates solely as a digital marketplace and does not provide the services offered by the service providers listed on the platform.
Platform – the GetNow website, mobile application, and related services.
User – any person accessing or using the platform.
Customer – a user seeking services from providers.
Service Provider – an individual or business listing services on GetNow.
Listing – a service advertisement created by a provider.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform. By using GetNow, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
GetNow provides a technology platform allowing service providers to promote their services and allowing customers to find and contact those providers.
GetNow does not supervise, manage, or control the services provided by service providers. Any agreement for services is made directly between the customer and the provider.
Service providers may create listings to promote their services on the platform. Providers are responsible for ensuring all information in their listings is accurate, complete, and lawful.
GetNow reserves the right to remove or suspend listings that violate these Terms.
Service providers may be required to pay a subscription fee in order to activate their listings and receive leads from customers.
Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or other applicable app stores and are subject to the payment and billing terms of those platforms.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled in accordance with the relevant app store policies.
Service providers using GetNow operate as independent businesses or individuals. Nothing in these Terms creates any employment, partnership, or agency relationship between GetNow and any service provider.
Service providers are not employees, contractors, or representatives of GetNow.
Service providers using GetNow operate as independent businesses or individuals. GetNow does not employ, engage, or contract service providers as workers, employees, agents, or partners.
Service providers are solely responsible for the services they offer, including the quality, legality, pricing, and delivery of those services.
Service providers are fully responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to tax laws, business registration requirements, licensing obligations, and reporting of income generated through the platform.
GetNow does not collect, withhold, report, or remit taxes on behalf of service providers unless explicitly required by law.
All income generated by service providers through the platform is their sole responsibility, including the declaration and payment of any applicable taxes, duties, or government charges.
GetNow shall not be responsible or liable for any tax obligations, filings, penalties, or liabilities incurred by service providers as a result of their activities on the platform.
Customers are responsible for verifying the suitability, qualifications, and credentials of service providers before engaging their services.
Any service agreement, payment arrangement, or dispute between a customer and a service provider is solely between those parties.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetNow shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
GetNow does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and may suspend services for maintenance or updates.
All content, branding, and software associated with the GetNow platform are owned by GetNow and protected by intellectual property laws.
GetNow may suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform.
GetNow may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
